An ophthalmologist examines your eyes medically, therefore we recommend a check-up at the eye-doctor regularly.

Determining your dioptres is possible at both ophthalmologist and optician.

Visual aids for children

There is no age limit for wearing contact lenses.

Babies with aphakia (lack of lenses) also wear contact lenses.

Basically, if children can’t handle the care or insertion and removal of the contact lenses, parents have to undertake this.

How much time you should calculate, depends on the cooperation of your child and whether they understand the procedures.

The answer is myopia management!

Whether contact lenses or non-invasive solutions – we are happy to advise you on this matter.

The wearing period is three years. If the dioptres change, you are entitled to new glasses.

In special cases you can apply for non-tariff approval. We are happy to advise you on this.

Manufacture and repair

Simple single-vision glasses, i.e. long-distance or reading glasses, can be delivered within 3-4 days.

Progressive lenses usually take 10 working days until they are ready for collection.

Custom-made products after consultation.

Unfortunately, there is no general answer to this question. Different causes and problems require individual solutions.

Smaller repairs can possibly be carried out on site, for larger ones you must grant us a little more time.

Fully functioning spare glasses are always recommended.

If something happens to your main glasses, you can bridge the time with the spare glasses.

After all, you don’t have just one pair of shoes or pants either, do you?

No, obtaining approval is part of our customer service. We are happy to take care of that for you!
